Low-Cost Housing Developers Association (LCHDA), founded in the year 2016 in Lagos Nigeria, is a pioneer advocacy, professional and representative body for the affordable housing development industry in Nigeria. 

We are a registered non-profit and membership-based organization providing full-fledged real estate and allied services to citizens in the low- and medium-income categories, especially those who cannot afford the market-rate offered by conventional real estate service providers. 

We are Nigeria's premier low-cost and affordable housing advocacy platform.
