  • To advocate for improved transportation, utilities, and amenities to boost affordable housing development in Nigeria.

  • To attract foreign investment and promote cross-border real estate opportunities and synergies.

  • To engage with international real estate bodies to adopt global best practices.

  • To mediate disputes between developers, buyers, tenants, and other stakeholders.
