• Focus areas: Modular housing, recycled materials, fintech for mortgages 

2. Policy Advocacy & Legislative Reform

• Lobbies for tax incentives, zoning reforms, and government subsidies for affordable housing. 

• Hosts annual Housing Policy Summit with lawmakers. 

3. Sustainable Housing Certification 

• A green building accreditation for developers using eco-friendly practices. 

• Partners with mortgage and other housing support institutions for training. 

4. Workforce Development Program

• Trains & certifies workers in Low-Cost construction techniques. 

• Partners with trade schools & unions.
