INSURANCE POLICY & COVERAGE
At Low Cost Housing Developers Association (LCHDA), we ensure maximum Safety, Protection & Insurance Policy Coverage for our Artisans & Construction Workers.
This is in Compliance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
In Nigeria’s fast-growing construction sector, accidents and liabilities are common. Without proper insurance there will be potential risks of:
Financial ruin from medical bills, lawsuits, or property damage.
Legal penalties under the Insurance Act 2003, which mandates coverage for construction risks.
Loss of income if injuries or accidents halt your work.
Our Safety, Protection & Insurance Policy ensures compliance with Nigerian laws while safeguarding your livelihood.
